Short description

The research group's main goal is to use neurochemical and molecular biology methodology to identify and study the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative diseases.

Our main goals

The research group's main goal is to use neurochemical and molecular biology methodology to identify and study the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative diseases.

An important goal is to identify protein changes which are connected to the pathophysiology, so-called biochemical markers. The hypothesis is that biochemical markers will be valuable for diagnostic, identification of pharmaceutical effects as for studies of pathogenesis directly in our patients.
