At the Institute of Neuroscience and Physiology we offer five undergraduate programmes, as well as courses within several other programmes at the Sahlgrenska Academy. The undergraduate programmes are conducted in Swedish. In addition we offer contract education and have courses at advanced level in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, audiology and speech and language pathology.

Occupational therapists work, for example, in healthcare services, correctional care, occupational health services, employment services and technical aid companies.
An audiologist is an expert in the significance of hearing and communication to social interaction. The work involves finding solutions to hearing problems based on the needs of the individual.
A physiotherapist works with prevention, treatment and rehabilitative measures in different areas in both public and private care sector. Physiotherapy aims to promote health with and through movement.
Speech and language pathology describes and explains various forms of communication difficulties and their consequences to the individual's personality, health and quality of life.
